Initial PT Evaluation 
New patients are scheduled for 55 minutes to obtain a complete history, examination, patient education, and develop a personalized plan of care.  

**YOU  MUST  HAVE  COMPLETED  THE  INITIAL PT  EVALUATION  IN ORDER TO  BOOK  FOLLOW-UP  TREATMENTS**

-Follow-up treatments
These treatments are scheduled for 55 minutes with direct one-on-one care from the therapist. 

-Pelvic Health/Post-partum/Lymphatic packages
Six to ten treatments that include initial evaluation and treatment focused on women’s health post-delivery, patient education, diastasis recti abdominis assessment, overall SI joint/hip issues, and/or Lymphedema as a result of cancer, varocosities, or comestic surgery.

-Wellness Visits
​​These treatment sessions do not require a physician referral and patient will only be supplied with a receipt. Wellness visits are not applied towards insurance. ​
